Refund policy

Eligibility for Refunds: Our refund policy allows for returns and refunds on products, including watch display cases, within 7 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that customized or personalized products, such as engraved or customized watch display cases, are generally non-refundable, except in cases where there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Additionally, items that have been used or damaged beyond normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.

When contacting us, please provide the necessary order details such as the order number, purchase date, and the reason for your refund request. Our customer support team will assist you with the return process and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item is safely returned to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund accordingly.

Refund Methods: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method that was used for the purchase. Please allow the specified number of days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Exchanges are subject to product availability, and any price differences will be taken into account and adjusted accordingly.

Kindly provide us with detailed information about the issue and, if possible, include supporting photos. Depending on the availability of the product and your preference, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund.

Gift Cards, Vouchers, and Discount Codes: Please note that gift cards, vouchers, and discount codes are non-refundable. They hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards, vouchers, and discount codes cannot be returned or exchanged, except as required by applicable law.
